Alandrea serves as Victory’s Senior Director of Operations and Finance.  Prior to joining Victory, Alandrea worked for the North Star Academy Network (a member of Uncommon Schools) initially as a Director of Operations at Clinton Hill Middle School in Newark, and later as Director of Special Projects in North Star Academy’s network office.  In addition to her experience in the field of education, Alandrea previously worked in finance, as an investment banker at Banc of America Se­curities, and in health care, with Kaiser Permanente and the Mayo Foundation. She earned her B.S. from Virginia State University, a Masters from the University of Southern California, and her M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
