Aquila Haynes is Director of School Development & Partnerships. She joined Victory after previously working for the New York City Department of Education. During her tenure, she worked as a Director for the Charter School Office and Associate Director for the Office of Accountability. Haynes is a former charter school board member, a board member of a non-profit women’s rights organization and a member of the NY Coalition of 100 Black Women and has a daughter currently enrolled in a charter school. She received her Master in Public Administration degree from Long Island University and graduated from Syracuse University with a degree in Political Science and Philosophy.
