Matthew Ainley is the Chief Technology Officer for Victory. He came to Victory having served as the Chief Knowledge Officer for a Brooklyn based CMO specializing in the management of urban high schools. Prior to that Ainley was the Chief Operating Officer of the Williamsburg Charter High School where he also taught AP Physics and AP Calculus. Ainley has a PhD in Computational Physics from the University of York in England, and is currently completing an EdD in Educational Leadership with a focus on the effects of technology in schools. Dr. Ainley holds NYS licenses as a School Building Leader and School District Leader.
