Step 1: Online Application

Step 2: Phone Interview

Our phone interview is the first opportunity for us to get to know you beyond your resume and cover letter. It’s a dialogue to help us learn more about your experience, qualifications, and skills.

Step 3: Demo Lesson & Interview

Our in-person sample lesson and interview allows us to further explore your potential match with Victory. You will lead a 25-30 minute class where we can assess your classroom management instincts and lesson delivery. After the lesson, you’ll reflect with school and network leadership.
