Victory provides service in the following areas during the development and authorization process:

• Victory Education Partners will consult with your planning team to help make sure that your vision is represented in your charter application. Your planning team will meet with Victory to determine what components and services are needed to successfully open and manage a charter school.
• Victory will work with your planning team to write the charter application. Victory will take your concepts and passion and combine them with our experience to put together a strong charter application.
• We will prepare your planning team for interviews with the charter authorizer to ensure that you are ready for their questions.
• Victory offers incubation space for newly authorized charter schools. From the time the charter is authorized until you are ready to move into your school site, Victory provides office space, phones, and computers to the school’s leadership team.
• Victory Education Partners offers a line of credit to newly authorized charter schools. Victory can provide your school with the financial support necessary to get from authorization until your first installment of public funding arrives.
